We never would have considered trying to sell our house in a down market if it hadn’t been for Madeline.  Trusting that she could sell our current house, we made an offer on a new house we really loved.  Madeline helped us every step of the way – she priced our house to sell.  We got multiple offers within two weeks and ended up getting more than our asking price.  Madeline also arranged for renovations we needed to do before we put our house on the market.
